Within the framework of enhancing inclusive learning and conducive environment for “Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET) for girls, UN Women Egypt’s in partnership with the National Council for Women and in collaboration with IECD Egypt produced soft skills videos on communication and problem solving. This activity comes within the objective of equipping young women with market-driven technical and soft skills that enhance their employability skills. Watch this video now to get more insights on how to enhance your communications skills at work.This initiative falls within the framework of the UN Women Arabic, International Labour Organization ILO Cairo joint programme “Promoting Productive Employment and Decent Work for Women in Egypt, Jordan and Palestine”, which is implemented in partnership with the National Council for Women and the Ministry of Manpower and is generously funded by the Swedish International Development Agency (Sida). The programme aims to promote #ProductiveEmployment and #DecentWork for women by promoting equitable laws and policies, address the unpaid care, and engage public, private and community actors to encourage women to work in non-traditional and market-competitive sectors.
