Women's hosting and guidance shelters - مراكز استضافة وتوجيه المرأة

في إطار "برنامج هيئة الأمم المتحدة للمرأة لإنهاء العنف ضد المرأة" وبالتعاون مع وزارة التضامن الاجتماعي ، تم القيام بأعمال مكثفة على مدى السنوات الثلاث الماضية لتعزيز قدرات 8 من دور الاستضافة في جميع أنحاء مصر ، لدعم النساء الناجيات من عنف. وبفضل الدعم من الوكالة الأمريكية للتنمية الدولية في مصر ، ساعد البرنامج في رفع مستوى القدرات المادية لدور الاستضافة وضمان تجهيزها بشكل أفضل لاستضافة النساء ، بينما يعمل البرنامج أيضاً مع موظفي دور الاستضافة والإدارة لتوسيع فهمهم ومعرفتهم بالدعم الاجتماعي النفسي والمشورة للنساء المستضافات أو الأكثر عرضة للخطر في المجتمع.In cooperation with the Ministry of Social Solidarity and under the framework of UN Women's 'Ending Violence Against Women Programme', extensive work has been carried out over the past 3 years to enhance the capacities of 8 shelters located across Egypt, to support women survivors of violence. With the support and generous contribution of USAID/Egypt the programme served to upgrade the physical capacities of shelters and ensure they are better equipped to host women, while also working with shelter staff and management to broaden their understanding and knowledge of psychosocial support and counselling for women hosted or those most at risk in the community.#EVAW #UNWomen #GenderEquality
