رشا ومرفت ولينا ضمن المستفيدات من مشروع التمكين الاقتصادي للمرأة المصرية والمرأة الوافدة نموا مهارتهم من خلال المشروع ودلوقتي قادرين انهم يصنعوا منتجاتهم الخاصة وحلمهم انهم يتوسعوا في تسويق وبيع المنتجات دي ويوصلوا للأسواق المحلية والعالمية."المشغل" هو مركز إنتاج يقدم للوافدات والمجتمعات المضيفة التدريب والموارد اللازمة لدعمهم في إنتاج منتجات قابلة للتسويق. يهدف الشروع إلى تمكين أكثر من٦٠٠ سيدة من خلال توفير تدريبات مختلفة لتطوير مهارتهن وخلق التواصل بينهن وبين السوق التجاري حتى يتوفر لهن دخل ثابت لضمان استمرارية المشروع.تم إنشاء "المشغل" تحت مظلة المجلس القومي للمرأة، وبالتعاون مع المفوضية السامية لشؤون اللاجئين بمصر ، من خلال "مشروع التمكين الإقتصادي للمرأة الوافدة والمرأة المصرية" التابع لهيئة لأمم المتحدة للمرأة و الممول من حكومة اليابان ويتم تنفيذه بالشراكة مع هيئة كير الدولية في مصر Documentary about “Women's Leadership, Empowerment, Access, and protection project.”:Rasha, Mervat and Lina are among the beneficiaries of the Women's Leadership, Empowerment, Access and protection project. They enhanced their skills throughout the project and now they are capable of making their own products, and their dream is to expand in the market and reach both local and global markets.AlMashgel is a production center offering refugees and host communities the required training and resources needed to support them produce marketable brand. The project aims at empowering more than 600 women through providing various trainings to develop their skills and linking them with the market to help them in earning a fixed income that can ensure the sustainability of the project.Al Mashgel was created under the Umbrella of The National Council for Women, and in cooperation with UNHCR Egypt, through the UN Women Project “Leadership, Access, Empowerment and Protection in Crisis Response (LEAP)” funded by the Government of Japan Embassy of Japan in Egypt and implemented in partnership with CARE International in Egypt.#المشغل#هيئة_الأمم_المتحدة_للمرأة#المجلس_القومى_للمرأة
