“ فيلم عنقود عنب من مشروع " تعزيز فرص العمل للمرأة العاملة في القطاع الزراعي

نجح مشروع "تعزيز فرص العمل للمرأة العاملة في القطاع الزراعي" في تثبيت حوالي ٢٢٥ امرأة في القطاع الزراعي.كما تم تقديم عقود عمل ثابتة للنساء المستهدفات، ورواتب شهرية تشمل العلاوات ، وبدل غذاء، ومرافق رعاية الطفل، والنقل الآمن إلى جانب التأمين الصحي والاجتماعي. وتم عرض إنجازات المشروع من خلال مؤتمر أقيم بالقاهرة الخميس الماضي. المشروع ممول من الوكالة الأمريكية للتنمية الدولية ويتم تنفيذه من خلال هيئة الأمم المتحدة للمرأة بالشراكة مع هيئة كير الدولية في مصر.Grape Vine film showcases the interventions of “Women’s Employment Promotion Programme” (WEPP) in the agri-business sector.The "Women’s Employment Promotion Programme” (WEPP) has supported around 225 Egyptian women to get jobs in the agricultural sector, including fixed-term contracts, monthly salary, bonuses, lunch allowances, child-care facilities, and safe transportation coupled with social protection and medical insurance. The WEPP achievements were highlighted at a conference held in Cairo this week. The programme is funded by USAID/Egypt and implemented by UN Women Egypt in partnership with CARE International in Egypt.
