تمكين المرأة يسهم إسهامًا كاملًا في جميع مستويات النشاط الاقتصادي. في مصر، تعد نسبة مشاركة المرأة في القوى العاملة 24.2% مما يزيد نسبة النساء الذين يعشن تحت خط الفقر. يعرض هذا الفيديو قيمة العمل للمرأة وأهمية تمسكها بعملها حيث أنها جزء أساسي من إحداث التنمية والنمو الاقتصادي. تتم إنتاج الفيديو ضمن مشروع "دعم توظيف المرأة في القطاع الزراعي" الذي ينفذ تحت رعاية المجلس القومي للمرأة والأمم المتحدة للمرأة والممول من الوكالة الأمريكية للتنمية الدولية.Women's empowerment contributes fully to all levels of economic activity. In Egypt, the participation rate of women in the labor force is 24.2%, which increases the percentage of women living below the poverty line. This video presents the value of work for women and the importance of their commitment to their work as it is an essential part of development and economic growth. The video was produced under the auspices of The National Council for Women, UN Women Egypt and within the USAID/Egypt funded “Women’s Employment Promotion Programme: safe and secure workplaces for women in the agriculture sector”.
